Pulse is a Nottingham based dance company who currently teach adults to dance Ballroom, Latin, Modern Jive, West Coast Swing and Street Dance.

We also teach kids Ballet, Tap, Street Jazz, Cheerleading, Acrobatics and Theatre Craft.

Classes are great fun and designed to take absolute beginners or experienced dancers alike.

Adults Ballroom classes every Tuesday from 7.30 to 8.30pm

Adult Latin Classes every Tuesday 8.30 to 9.30pm

No partner or experience is required...only a sense of humour !!!
